DIRECTOR
With over a decade of experience in recruitment, I’ve seen first-hand the power of connection and the impact it has on careers and businesses.
I started 323 Recruitment with a vision to do things differently – to create a recruitment agency that thrives on authenticity, resilience, and purpose. For me, it’s about more than just matching skills to roles; it’s about not looking back on my working life and wondering “what did I actually do to make a difference?”.
Early in my career, I realised that trying to please everyone often means spreading yourself too thin. Chasing quantity over quality doesn’t drive real results. That’s why I’ve focused on understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates – because true success lies in the details.
Outside of recruitment, I’m passionate about spending time with my family and friends and you’ll often find me on the sports field. Sport has taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, resilience and celebrating progress, even when the finish line feels far away.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Civil & Construction Specialist
With over 7 years of hands-on experience drainlaying and 8 years in the NZ Police, 3 years as a former detective I bring real-world experience and a sharp focused approach to recruitment.
With a rare blend of hands-on site experience and investigative expertise, I bring a sharp, focused approach to my role at 323 Recruitment.
Before stepping into recruitment, I have over seven years of hands-on civil experience as a qualified drainlayer, delivering across residential and large-scale infrastructure projects. I then served eight years in the New Zealand Police, including three as a qualified detective — sharpening my communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, all of which now serve me well in recruitment.
I bring real industry insight to my role, knowing what makes a strong, high-performing candidate because I’ve been there myself. For clients, that means no time-wasting, I understand the pace, pressure and standards of the civil sector.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant with over six years of success in sourcing high-quality talent, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and clients in fast-paced environments. I have a solid track record in strategic sourcing, coaching candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
More recently, I’ve broadened my skill set across Operations, HR, People & Culture, and Health & Safety within a small business setting. This has included leading onboarding and offboarding, managing internal recruitment, overseeing H&S compliance, and supporting a range of HR initiatives. I’ve also contributed to the development and implementation of SOPs, strengthened internal processes, and streamlined workflows to create smoother and more cohesive operations. Across every role I’ve held, my focus has remained consistent: creating positive workplace experiences and aligning recruitment and HR practices with wider business goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the people close to me and staying active. I value keeping a healthy balance in life, whether that’s getting outdoors, catching up with friends and family, or simply taking time to recharge.

Civil Specialist
With over 15 years of experience across civil construction, infrastructure and project management, I bring genuine industry knowledge and hands-on experience into recruitment.
Starting my career on the tools straight out of Westlake Boys High School, I worked my way through the industry into leadership and project management roles across both the North and South Island. Having worked directly within the environments I now recruit for, I understand the pressures businesses face and what makes a strong candidate.
I take a straight-up, relationship-driven approach and pride myself on building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, around the water, following sport, or catching up with mates over a cold beer.
